Hire Purchase (installment) is a simple and quick way for buying the goods and services you need. Using hire purchase makes major purchases affordable as you can buy almost anything that costs between 125 and 10,000 €. The maximum repayment term is 4 years, which means that you can keep your monthly payments low.

All Photopoint stores in Estonia offer Hire Purchase. Tell the sales clerk you wish to use hire purchase and they will introduce the terms and conditions to you. You can apply for hire purchase also online at www.photopoint.ee in shopping cart view.

The sales clerk will be able to give you the most accurate information as the terms and conditions may differ in different stores or depend on advertising campaigns.

If the terms and conditions of hire purchase are suitable for you, submit an application when making the purchase. Swedbank clients whose regular income for the last six months has been paid into an account in Swedbank must also present their passport or ID card. If your income has been received in an account in any other Estonian bank you must also submit a bank statement for the last six months. The answer to your application will arrive within 15 minutes.

You can enter into a purchase and sales contract with the seller if the answer is positive. The contract fee for Swedbank Hire Purchase is 19 € and minimum montly payment is 6.50€. Pay the first contribution after you sign the contract and the goods or service are yours!

You can apply for Hire Purchase if you are an adult citizen of the Republic of Estonia or live in Estonia on the basis of a valid residence permit. You do not have to be a Swedbank client in order to apply as hire purchase is also available to clients of other banks. For detailed information please visit Swedbank.

Two different ways of hire purchase financing in Photopoint

In addition to the classic Swedbank hire purchase Photopoint now offers its’ own hire purhcase. Photopoint hire purchase is more simple and has additional options, which make this financing method available even for those customers, whose hire purchase application got turned down by the bank.

Bank statement is not required if the total amount of your purchase remains under 1 300 €. Your hire purchase application will be reviewed within minutes. The interest rate of Photopoint hire purchase is 18% (simple interest calculated on the principle amount), one-time contract charge is 18.99 €, down payment starts from 0% and the contract period can be up to 60 months. Photopoint hire purchase is offered in cooperation with Kaupmehe Järelmaks OÜ.

You can apply for Photopoint hire purchase online at www.photopoint.ee or in Photopoint stores with the assistance of our sales staff. When shopping online, you just add products to the basket and select Photopoint hire purchase for the payment method.

Conditions

- Applicant has to be Estonian citizen or holder of a valid Estonian residence permit and aged between 18 and 70.
- Photopoint hire purchase can be applied for in Photopoint stores or online at www.photopoint.ee
- You can finance a purchase with a total amount from 125 € to 6,500 €.
- Contract period: from 6 to 60 months.
- Down payment: starting from 0%.
- Interest rate: 10.9% (simple interest calculated on the principle amount).
- One-time contract fee: 18.50 € (will be added to the principle amount).
- You are required to submit a verified bank statement (all transactions of your bank account during last six months) for purchases with a total of 1 300 € or more.

When visiting our store, ask a salesperson for detailed information about hire purchase. When shopping online, proceed to checkout, select “Photopoint hire purchase” for payment method and fill in the required fields.

If the total amount of your purchase to be financed exceeds 1,300 €, you can send your verified bank statement to our e-mail address (info@nordic-digital.ee) or by fax (+372 733 7729). The original document of your verified bank statement must be submitted when signing the hire purchase contract.

Your hire purchase application will be processed and answered by phone or e-mail approximately within 15 minutes (on working days between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m). Applications submitted online will be processed on working days between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Photopoint reserves the right to refuse the processing of a hire purchase application and/or contract under following circumstances:

- applicant has concealed information or presented falsified information;
- applicant has a bankruptcy or debt case legally commenced;
- applicant has active debt(s) registered;
- other substantial circumstances or condition(s) emerge, which make contracting impossible.

In case your hire purchase application got accepted, the contract can be signed online digitally or in Photopoint stores. After signing the contract you can pick up your items from a Photopoint store near you or have them shipped to your desired location.
