NAND 3D - technology for easy PC upgrades

With 3D NAND Flash memory, the SU650 provides higher performance and better reliability compared to 2D NAND SSDs with a better price-performance ratio.

Faster performance

The intelligent SLC caching algorithm allows Flash NAND to operate in SLC mode, helping to keep the SU650's peak read/write speeds of 520/450MB per second for smoother boot up, file transfers and downloads.

Advanced Error Correction Code

With support for ECC (Error Correction Code), the SU650 can detect and correct errors to ensure data integrity and extend the life of the SSD Up to 2 million hours MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), 25% more than SSDs SSD NAND 2D NAND.

More durable, quieter and more reliable

SSDs do not contain any mechanical components, which makes them superior to traditional HDDs in terms of greater resistance to shock, vibration (1500G/0.5ms) and extreme temperatures (0°C-70°C). They are also completely silent during operation and consume very little energy while offering better data security.

Dedicated software - SSD toolkit and migration tool

Every Ultimate SU650 purchase qualifies for free downloads of the ADATA SSD Toolbox and Migration Utility. The SSD Toolbox allows the user to monitor and manage the Ultimate SU650 drive by checking the drive health, wear level and life information. The migration tool is especially helpful for users upgrading from HDD to SSD as it provides quick and easy backup and migration of entire drives together with the operating system.

SSD ToolBox automatically updates the firmware to the latest version for optimal performance, and allows you to monitor drive health and remaining life with S.M.A.R.T. attributes. (Self-Monitoring, Analysis, and Reporting Technology). It also allows you to monitor the current operating temperature, capacity and total space used.
