Isostar Hydrate & Perform sidrunimaitseline spordijook- on spetsiaalselt valmistatud sportlike saavutuste parandamiseks. Tehes sporti, kaotab keha suurtes kogustes energiat. Kui higistamise tulemusel kaotatud vedelik ja olulised mineraalained asendatud ei saa, halvenevad sportlikud tulemused. Uus Isostar Hydrate & Perform spordijook parandab sportlikku vastupidavust kuni 19% tänu:

  • Isotoonilisele koostisele, mis kindlustab efektiivse ja kiire vedeliku imendumise organismis.
  • Efektiivsele energiataastusele optimaalne süsivesikute tase ja segu (sahharoos, glükoosisiirup, maltodekstriin) võimaldab kehal varustada töötavaid lihaseid süsivesikute energiaga. Sisaldab mineraalaineid (kaltsium ja magneesium), mis on olemuslikud lihastööks ja energia ainevahetuseks.

Kasutamisõpetus:Isostari spordijooki on soovitav kasutada juba soojenduse ajal enne kestva pingutuse algust (150 kuni 300 ml). Sportliku soorituse kestel on soovitav juua 150 ml iga 15- 20 minuti järel. Mõõda maksimaalselt 5 mõõdulusikat pulbrit 1 liitri ehk 1000 ml vee kohta. Sega korralikult, et pulber ei jääks anuma põhja või tükki. Kuuma ilmaga harjutades võib spordijook olla lahjema kontsentratsiooniga. Külma ilma korral (talvistes tingimustes) võib Isostari pulbrit segada ka sooja veega ja segu võib olla kõrgema kontsentratsiooniga. See tagab süsivesikute suurema sisalduse spordijoogis ja organism saab rohkem energiat. Kindlasti peab tähele panema, et iga organism võtab spordijooki vastu erinevalt. Seega õige spordijoogi kontsentratsioon tuleb igal inimesel endal leida vastavalt soorituse pikkusele ja raskusele.
