The Adjustable Bench inSPORTline AB055 is ideal for a home dumbbell or barbell workout, as well as other upper body exercises. The sturdy steel frame is stable and can be adjusted to different positions to provide additional exercise options. The bench has a weight limit of up to 250 kg. The backrest and seat can be adjusted – the backrest to 9 different positions and the seat to 3. The bench is extremely easy to use and therefore suitable even for beginners. Both the backrest and the seat are foam-padded for ultimate comfort, which will come in handy especially during an intense workout. The non-slip pads on the legs make sure the bench doesn’t move during the workout, keeping you safe.
