It includes a straight bar, a broken bar, and weights with a total weight of 36 kg and the possibility of 7 adjustments. Special technology makes it easy to adjust the load, saving time and space. SAVING SPACE: SelectTech 2080 is all about saving space. Durable material, which covers the metal plates, ensures gentle storage and a more silent training. ADJUSTING LOADS: You can easily change the load just by moving the knob. Thanks to this, using one device you can pick up 9; 13.5; 18; 22.5; 27; 31.5 and 36 kg. The possibility of adjusting by small values allows you to safely and gradually build up your strength. PREMIUM HANDLES: A specially designed and made handle with a "non-slip" function ensures safety and even greater comfort of use. The perforated surface is located in six places on the straight bar and along almost the entire length of the broken bar. Thanks to this, you can exercise with the distance between your hands that is comfortable for you. EXERCISE VARIETY: Training with a barbell is an ideal option for home training. With its help, you can train your arms, buttocks, leg and abdominal muscles. If you do not have experience or an idea for exercises, the provided tutorial videos are a hint.
