Drukarka 3D Creator Pro firmy Flashforge umożliwia drukowanie przedmiotówo maksymalnych wymiarach227 x 148 x 150 mm. Dzięki zastosowaniu systemu podwójnych dysz drukujących zapewnia jednoczesny druk dwoma rodzajami filamentu. Wymiary konstrukcji to 526 x 360 x 403 mm. Urządzenie składa się z częściowo złożonych elementów, dzięki czemu montaż trwa kilkanaście minut.

Nowatorski projekt platformy do druku

Aluminiowa podstawa do wydruków o grubości 65 mm zaprojektowana została z użyciem materiałów wykorzystywanych w przemyśle kosmicznym. Wysokiej jakości stop aluminium bez względu na czas i temperaturę nagrzewania zawsze pozostaje idealnie płaski. Ułatwia to jego wypoziomowanie, a dzięki jego wysokiej temperaturze roboczej wynoszącej aż 120°C możliwy jest druk różnymi rodzajami filamanetów.

Innowacyjny system podwójnych dysz

Opatentowane rozwiązanie konstrukcji dyszy umożliwia bardziej równomierne rozprowadzanie filamentu. Zastosowanie wydajnych wentylatorów dodatkowo wspomaga proces formowania modelu. Dzięki podwójnym dyszom Creator Pro umożliwia wykorzystanie w trakcie druku dwóch różnokolorowych filamentów jednocześnie.

Dzięki temu Creator Pro świetnie spisuje się przy skomplikowanych wydrukach zapewniając stabilność modelom, które mają sporo wystających lub ruchomych części.Drukarka może być również wykorzystywana przy wydrukach z budulca typu Flex lub materiałów kompozytowych (woodFill, copperFill i brassFill).

Wysokiej jakości metalowa obudowa

Drukarka ma obudowę typu zamkniętego. Wysokiej jakości metalowa konstrukcja zapewnia drukarce stabilność i bezpieczeństwo w trakcie pracy. Przezroczysta, otwierana przednia części urządzenia umożliwia obserwacje postępów wydruku oraz ułatwia wyjecie wydrukowanych przedmiotów.

Creator Pro posiada również zdejmowana nakładkę na górną część urządzenia. Producent zaleca, by była ona nałożona przy wydrukach z użyciem filamentów typu ABS. Drukarka została również wyposażona we wzmocnione wygodne uchwyty, które umożliwiają bezpieczne przenoszenie urządzenia.

Pochylenie wyświetlacza pod kątem 45° zapewnia lepszą widoczność wyświetlanych na nim parametrów. Również gniazdo kart SD usytuowano w łatwo dostępnym miejscu.
