The 1920 GB (CEA-G1920T), the 960 GB (CEA-G960T), the 480 GB (CEA-G480T), and the 240 GB (CEA-G240T) cards support the CFexpress 4 standard for high-speed transfer with VPG (Video Performance Guarantee) 400 certification for stable recording. With five times the drop strength and ten times the bend resistance of the CFexpress Type A standard, these cards withstand tough conditions.

The smaller capacity cards still offer impressive read speeds of up to 800 MB/s and write speeds of up to 700 MB/s, making them ideal for all but the most demanding workflows, and helping streamline and boost productivity in the field and at your desk.

Dependable videography
All CEA-G series cards also support the VPG400 standard, which ensures stable video recording, with a minimum sustained writing speed of 400 MB/s. This functionality helps prevent dropped frames even during high bit-rate shooting, so you can record continuously and with greater confidence.

Thanks to Sony's unique TOUGH card design, our CFexpress Type A cards offer over 10x the CFexpress Type A standard bend resistance, with additional rigidity tested to 150 newtons of force. Designed for absolute dependability, the resin body is five times more impact-resistant than the CFexpress Type A standard and can withstand drops of up to 7.5 metres.
