The boxing bag consists of three compartments: an outer bag, a thick central water compartment and an air compartment. Especially when compared to training with regular boxing bags, which have lesser absorbing capacities.

Firm and stable The aqua boxing bag is easy to fill and empty. With the included air pump, you determine how firm the boxing bag and thus your training will be. The water is evenly distributed inside the bag, which makes the bag equally firm. It also guarantees a stable hanging position when you are kicking or punching. The strong four point chain and metal D-ring can be used to safely attach the boxing bag to your ceiling. The 100 cm version is mainly used for punching, the boxing bag is also available in a 150 cm version for kicking and punching.
