Mechnikov's skin care line is inspired by the father of Lactobacillus therapy Mechnikov, who is known for developing a theory that aging is caused by toxic bacteria in the gut and that lactic acid could prolong life. He wrote The Prolongation of Life: Optimistic Studies, in which he espoused the potential life-lengthening properties of lactic acid bacteria (Lactobacillus).

What probiotics are? Probiotics include various strains of uniquely helpful bacteria that occur naturally on skin and that can be applied via probiotic skincare products. A sheet mask offers exfoliation and helps brighten up complexion with Bacillus fermentened formula, which takes care of keratin layer of the skin to maintain it moisturized and smooth.

Blended with Quattro Biome™ (includes 4 kinds of pure probiotics such as Bifida Ferment Filtrate, Lactococcus Lactis Ferment, Lactobacillus Ferment, Streptococcus Thermophilus Ferment) and free from nine controversial ingredients with pH 5.5 value, the sheet mask improves skin’s condition and helps to defend against environmental stressors and free radicals that trigger loose skin, pigmentation, lines, and wrinkles. By reducing inflammation, probiotics help to take down redness and calm easily-irritated skin. They strengthen the skin’s barrier by acting as a protective layer on the skin’s surface.

Mask sheet is made with Eco-friendly Veocell fabric to offer better adherence and absorption of nutrients and suit sensitive and gentle skin. 

Directions:

After washing the face, tidy up skin texture with toner. Take out the mask, align with the eyes and nose, and closely adhere to the entire face. Remove the sheet after 10-12 minutes and lightly tap the face to promote the absorption.
