With over 20 step setup configurations, you can do dozens of exercises on it. You can easily change the height of the platform, its inclination, and adjust the backrest of the bench. Step is perfect for training at home and in class. The potential of this equipment is almost limitless.

  • The step is made of the highest quality materials. Its textured surface ensures high grip. It gives you a total sense of security during training. Stepu has non-slip feet that prevent slipping and absorb impacts. Additionally, you can set the step height to one of two levels (20 and 35 cm), depending on your height and the type of training you plan to do.

  • The equipment has an internal compartment where you can store small fitness accessories. Another advantage is that the steppe comes to you fully assembled. You take it out of the carton and you can start exercising immediately.
