The Qoltec UPS Pure Sine Wave 10kVA 8kW emergency power supply will ensure a constant supply of energy necessary for the stable operation of your computer or server, and issues with power outages or voltage drops will no longer affect you.

This model is equipped with an EPO (Emergency Power Off) module for emergency shutdown of the UPS in the event of a fire hazard. The device enables remote reception of a signal triggering blockage in the transfer of power to the connected electrical equipment installation. Using the Emergency Power Off module increases the operability of the system, separates the installation and guarantees the safety of users in emergency situations.

This offers complete protection for your devices through double conversion, which first converts the alternating current from the mains supply into direct current, and then back into alternating current, ensuring the highest level of power quality and safeguarding against potential network disturbances such as voltage drops, power outages, surges, and failures.

How does an on-line UPS work?

An on-line UPS continuously processes voltage, and in the event of an unexpected drop in network voltage, the power supply sustains the operation of the connected device through built-in batteries, which are constantly recharged. Therefore, power from the network is only required for recharging the batteries. Devices permanently connected to the UPS will always receive clean, disturbance-free power drawn from the batteries, which is why the output voltage of the on-line UPS will always remain constant, regardless of the input voltage. The runtime of the devices is several to several dozen minutes, providing enough time to save data and safely shut down the equipment.

The Qoltec 10kVA UPS offers:
- clean energy with a sinusoidal waveform, free from disturbances,
- zero switchover time, which is the speed at which the UPS switches to battery mode in the event of a power outage,
- protection against overloads, short circuits, and overheating,
- double conversion, providing stable power parameters,
- cold start - a very useful feature - in the event of a power outage, you can start a device, such as a computer, by connecting it directly to the UPS. This allows you to quickly, for example, copy important files to a USB drive or send an important email at any time,
- the option to install an SNMP card or connect an SNMP adapter, a network management standard for gathering information about connected devices and configuring their parameters (compatible SNMP module: product code 50389),
- EPO (Emergency Power Off) module - a safety feature that allows you to remotely shut down the power supply in emergency situations, such as a fire,
- USB port, allowing real-time monitoring of the UPS and customization to suit your needs,
- RJ45 port - provides protection against surges through the LAN network,
- built-in set of 16 batteries.
