Philips TAR2509/10 - Analogue portable radio

The classic companion - whether in the garage or in the garden, this portable analogue FM/AM radio features a classic design and simple controls. The analogue tuner allows you to effortlessly tune into your favourite stations and an LED indicator shows when the signal is strong enough. It offers clear sound thanks to an 8.9 cm full-range speaker and an output power of 300 mW (RMS). It runs on mains power or batteries and has a headphone socket.

Analogue transmitter setting
Simply turn the dial on the side of the radio and the large, transparent window shows which frequency you have set. An LED indicator lights up when the signal is strong enough.

Switch between news and music modes
Play your music perfectly with the music mode. Switch to news mode if you want to listen to the news or your favourite radio programme.

Simple controls. Large volume control
You'll never have to search for the volume control on this radio again! In addition to the large volume control, the radio has switches at the top to switch between FM/AM and sound modes.

Flexible
Take the radio with you wherever you like to listen to the radio. Connect the radio to a power socket or insert two D batteries. It is the perfect companion for a glass of wine on the balcony or a picnic in the backyard.
