The Lindy HDMI 18G Audio Extractor allows the user to seamlessly extract both digital and analogue audio from an HDMI source and output to an audio device in either digital or analogue formats, while sending the video signal to a 4K UHD display or projector. This is a perfect solution for connecting non-HDMI AV receivers or analogue 2-channel speaker setups to an HDMI source device, while also being ideal for extracting audio and video to a display that requires separate speakers.<br><br>This extractor supports the full 18G HDMI 2.0 bandwidth to display 4K UHD 4096x2160@60Hz resolutions with additional pass-through support for the REC.2020 colour space that covers the wider colour gamut required for HDR (high dynamic range) content, for enhanced contrast and more lifelike colour.
