HI-GEAR QUIKSTEEL PLUS
High-speed steel, this is an extremely strong universal repair tool. You can stop leaks in the car's gas tank, crankcase, cylinder block, fuel lines, and repair the muffler right on the road. In addition, you can repair water pipes, plumbing, etc. Bonds stronger than epoxy resin. Easy to work with hands. With it, you can make any missing sleeve, washer, bolt with nut thread, cap. To stop leaks in 5 minutes in water, petrol and oil. Withstands high temperature (up to +260°С). Hardens in 15 minutes, fully hardens in 1 h.. Hardens in an hour. Machinable (can be threaded, filed, sanded, planed). The material can be painted.
Usage:
Clean the surfaces to be connected (preferably with sandpaper). With wet hands, squeeze an appropriate amount of the substance into a warm, even colored mass until it becomes sticky. Join the surfaces to be joined with mass, keeping them under pressure for 5-10 minutes. The mass can be shaped with a wet and smooth object during solidification. After an hour of hardening, the solidified mass can be processed. In water or on oily surfaces, smooth the substance until the leakage stops. Then keep under pressure for 5-10 minutes. Shelf life: 3 years at a temperature of 20º C. If the product has become more solid during longer storage, heat it to 65º C (for example, in a car engine) and the material will acquire its original state, retaining its original unique properties. Does not dissolve in car fluids. Easy to knead by hand. Sets in 5 minutes, polymerizes in 15 minutes, hardens in 1 hour. After the putty solidifies, it can be drilled, painted, threaded and mechanically processed in other ways (processed with a machine, file, sandpaper, etc.).
