TORM S mudeli puhul on tegu nn kiire tänavarattaga, mis tuleb kahes lenksu versioonis. TORM mudelil on sirge ning standardne lenks ning TORM S mudelil on sportlikum allapoole suunatud sarvedega lenks. Tänu puhtale välimusele ning peidetud akule ei pruugi ükski mööduja isegi mitte aru saada, et tegu on elektrilise rattaga. Pedal assist system ehk pedaalimist abistav süsteem pakub kasutajale 5 eri tasemega tuge ning vajadusel saab abistava elektrimootori üldsegi välja lülitada ning ise pedaalidele rahva kombel kuuma anda! OOLTER TORM S mudel kaalub kõige 18kg, mis teeb ta elektrilise ratta mõistes pigem kergemat killast olevaks e-rattaks. TORM S elektriratta sõiduulatus sõltub paljuski sellest, mis käigul kasutada elektrilist tuge, ehk et olenevalt sõitjast jääb sõiduulatuseks 45-80km. Kui aga lülitada pedaalimist abistav elektrimootor välja…võibki kilomeetreid tallama jääda.
