Na czym to polega?

  • Podczas zabawy uczestnicy kolejno rozgrywają swoje tury, a każda z nich przebiega według tego samego schematu:
  • Gracz losuje jeden z kafelków postaci z woreczka tak, by widzieć tylko jedną stronę.
  • Wybiera, czy chce zatrzymać postać, czy ją odwraca (i pozostawia na nowej stronie).
  • Umieszcza wylosowaną postać w dowolnej kolumnie na swojej planszy na najniższym dostępnym polu (i otrzymuje premię, jeśli ukończył w ten sposób którąś kolumnę).

Dostępne w grze kafelki postaci mają przypisane efekty. Część z nich jest natychmiastowa (rozpatrujemy je od razu po umieszczeniu kafelka na planszy), inne działają na koniec gry. Kluczem do zwycięstwa jest umiejętne rozłożenie postaci na planszy, by zyskać jak najwięcej monet z poszczególnych efektów.

Gra kończy się, gdy ktoś zapełni 4 kolumny na swojej planszy. Po rozpatrzeniu efektów końca gry uczestnicy podliczają zebrane monety. Zwycięża najbogatszy z kapitanów!

  • Zasady można wyjaśnić w czasie krótszym niż wystrzał z armaty. Wszystko sprowadza się do dwóch decyzji: czy odpowiada nam wylosowana postać oraz gdzie ją umieścimy.
