The compact design of this Mini-ITX PSU allows it to power components even in tight cases. A cable with a socket and locking nut is attached to a suitable hole on the case wall and serves to connect an external 12V power supply (not included), which can have a power output of up to 160W. The board is equipped with a 24-pin main power cable, as well as a cable with one 4-pin 5.25"" connector, one SATA connector, and one cable with one 4+4 pin connector.

In practice this means stable power delivery under changing loads, sensible connections for modern hardware, and protections that keep the system safe when conditions are not perfect.
