Konstruktsioon ja kasutamine

U/UTP ehk unshielded twisted pair konstruktsioon tähendab, et kaabelil puudub kattev varjestus; see sobib hästi keskkondadesse, kus elektromagnetiline häire ei ole kõrge. 5,0 meetrine pikkus annab piisava ulatuse seadmete ühendamiseks ilma liigse üleliigse kaablipuhvrita — paindlik valik riiulitele, lauatele ja serveriruumide lähivõrkudele.
