Newell Battery Grip BG-E13 for Canon

Newell BG-E13 is a rugged, full-featured battery grip for Canon EOS 6D cameras. This device provides a better grip on the camera, improves comfort when shooting vertically, and extends operation without replacing the batteries in the camera.

Additional power source

Grip has two main functions. One is to extend the life of your camera by providing an additional power source. The battery pack can accommodate an additional LP-E6 battery or six AA batteries. This solution allows for more intensive and longer work without worrying about losing power in the least expected moment.

Improved ergonomics

The second important function of the grip is to improve comfort while shooting both vertically and horizontally. The specially designed shape and finish of durable and nice-to-touch rubber material provides a comfortable and secure grip, so the camera fits perfectly in your hand.

Increased functionality

The grip provides quick access to basic camera functions with a series of ergonomically placed buttons and dials.

The grip has been equipped with:

  • grip on/off switch

  • two-stage shutter release – pressing the button lightly allows you to focus, pressing it all the way releases the shutter just like the button on the camera itself

  • three function buttons

  • one setting knob

  • additional belt clip

  • 1/4″ tripod thread – mount allowing the use of a tripod without removing the grip from the camera

Full camera compatibility

The Newell grip is a rugged, full-featured replacement for the system grip for the Canon EOS 6D camera. It works with Canon LP-E6 batteries, Newell cells and replacements from other manufacturers, as well as AA/R6 batteries.
