SmallRig 4159 karp Canon EOS R6 Mark II kaamerale on loodud kaitse ja lisatarvikute kinnitamiseks. See lukustab kaamera ühe 1/4" 20 kruvi abil põhjas ja kahe küljelukustusadapteriga mõlemal küljel, kummist padjad takistavad kriimustuste teket. Karp säilitab juurdepääsu kaamera nuppudele, kaardipesale, ekraanile ja akupesale ning sellel on mitu lisatarvikute kinnitust. Nende hulka kuuluvad muu hulgas 1/4" 20 keermega auk, 3/8" 16 keermega auk ja ARRI 3/8" 16 asukoha auk, mis toetavad külghooba 2093 ja 3814, ülemist külghooba 3765, monitori kinnitust 2903 ja 2904, Manfrotto alusplaati 1280 ja 2458, kaasaskantavate akupankade hoidikut 2336 ja mini V Mount akuplaati 2987. Mõlemal küljel asuvad 1/4" 20 asukoha augud sobivad ühe pulgaklambriga 3598 ja maagilise käega 3873; ning paremal küljel horisontaalses suunas olevad kaks 1/4" 20 keermega auku tagavad stabiilse vertikaalse pildistamise. Ülaosas ja vasakul küljel on NATO rööpad NATO ülemise külghooba 3766, monitori kinnituse 2906B ja pöörleva NATO külghooba 3847 jaoks.

Karbil on ka külmkinga kinnitus mikrofoni, LED-videolambi jms jaoks, rihmaavad käerihma 3848 ja 2456 jaoks ning QD-pesa, mis on ühilduv kiirühendussüsteemiga õlarihmas. Teine tähelepanuväärne omadus on Arca Swiss kiirvabastusplaat, mis toetab Arca tüüpi statiive või DJI RS 2 / RSC 2 / RS 3 / RS 3 Pro stabilisaatoreid kiireks üleminekuks stabilisaatori, käeshoitava ja statiivi režiimide vahel. Lisaks on kaasas topeltpäine mutrivõti lihtsaks lahtivõtmiseks ja kokkupanekuks.
