Der Atomos Ninja Flame aus der Flame-Serie zeichnet sich durch ein verbessertes Display in Verbindung mit der AtomHDR-Engine aus und ist in vielen Punkten eine konsequente Weiterentwicklung des Vorgängermodells. Mit 10 Blendenstufen ermöglicht er einen idealen HDR-Workflow, da es nun zum ersten Mal bei einem Field-Monitor möglich ist, in Log aufgezeichnetes Material direkt zu beurteilen. Das 18 cm (7,1") 10-Bit Display ist mit 1500 Nits dabei bis zu 4x so hell wie herkömmliche Displays.

Die AtomHDR-Engine unterstützt 10-Bit Log-Recording von Sony, Canon, Panasonic, ARRI, RED und JVC.

Der Ninja Flame ist ein HDMI-only Rekorder ohne XLR-Anschlüsse und eigenet sich somit bestens für DSLR und DSLM Kameras.
