The twin camera doubles your fun
This model includes a rotatable sub camera that lets you take shots from two angles at once. For example, you can capture the family and a selfie, or both tele and wide-angle shots. A Backup function records a picture in picture image and a main camera image without a sub window for backup. The sub camera image is recorded into any one of various sub windows, and its display position can be changed by touch operation.
Intelligent 90× zoom / optical 50× zoom
Equipped with Intelligent 90× zoom/Optical 50× zoom. This model lets you easily shoot distant subjects that are too far away to capture clearly with conventional zoom functions.
Level Shot function
The Level Shot function automatically detects and corrects the tilting of captured images. The setting can be adjusted to one of three levels (OFF, Normal, Strong) depending on the shooting conditions.
5-axis HYBRID O.I.S. +
HYBRID O.I.S. + uses five-axis correction to thoroughly suppress blurring all the way from wide-angle to powerful zoom shots. This lets you capture crisp, clear images without blurring, in almost every shooting situation.
BSI sensor
The BSI Sensor records bright, high-quality, low-noise images in both bright and dim lighting situations. It allows beautiful images to be recorded under a variety of situations, including indoor scenes and nightscapes.
28mm wide-angle
The 28mm wide-angle fits more people and more of the background into the frame. This is especially handy when you want to take a group photo in a small room. It fits your subjects in even when you shoot from up close, and makes it possible to pick up even small sounds with the mic.
10.0-megapixel still picture recording
Still Picture Recording mode lets you shoot with a maximum resolution of 10 megapixels.
Twin camera function
The twin camera models let you take two shots at the same time. They feature a sub camera on the edge of their LCD monitor that provides 270° panning and ±20° tilting operation and enables shooting in two angles simultaneously. They also have a Narration mode, which emphasizes the camera user's voice
Wireless twin camera
Using your smartphone with Wi-Fi operation as a sub camera, you can shoot from two angles at the same time. Since you are shooting with different cameras, you can use one at a distance, or at any angle you choose. This gives you a wide variety of Picture in Picture images.
Creative control
Filter effects – Miniature Effect, 8mm Movie, Silent Movie and Time Lapse Recording – make it possible to shoot impressive video recordings that are matched to the shooting situation.
iA (intelligent Auto) / iA Plus Mode
This powerful function senses the shooting conditions and automatically makes the settings and activates functions that deliver optimal results. In addition, the iA Plus Mode enables you to adjust exposure compensation and white
balance by just pressing the button on the LCD.
One-touch connection
Without bothersome initial settings, NFC lets you connect a smartphone or tablet to the camcorder in one touch. QR codes are also provided for use by those who don’t have an NFC phone.
Remote shooting / remote view
The “Panasonic Image App” lets you use a smartphone or tablet as a live-view remote controller and operate the camcorder from a distance.
Remote pan tilt cradle (optional)
Connect to an optional cradle and the camera will rotate automatically. The motion sensor and Face Recognition function automatically capture faces at parties. You can also register shooting angles in advance to switch from your smartphone. The camera even watches over pets when you're not home. You can operate from the camcorder or use remote control with the Panasonic Image App.
