The NW607 Nils Extreme poles feature a telescopic design, allowing for quick and easy length adjustment depending on the user's height. The NW607 Nils Extreme poles feature a non-slip, ergonomic handle with an adjustable glove. Interchangeable attachments and plates allow for use on flat surfaces such as asphalt, grass, snow, sand, mud, etc. Nordic walking is a form of walking with poles invented by a group of Finnish doctors and distinguished athletes. This new, yet simple, way to increase your activity level resembles cross-country skiing combined with race walking. The overall exercise develops the muscular system and improves the body's performance. Walking with poles works the glutes, lower legs, thighs, as well as the muscles of the arms, shoulders, chest, and abdomen.
