The NW603 Nils Extreme poles feature a telescopic design that allows for quick and easy length adjustment. Both poles feature a non-slip, ergonomic handle with an adjustable strap. The poles are equipped with an internal anti-shock cushioning system that absorbs vibrations during hiking, providing joint protection even during intense walking. The NW603 Nils Extreme poles are designed for flat terrain with both paved and soft surfaces. The product's versatility is achieved through the use of interchangeable tips. A reflective sticker provides additional safety. Nordic walking is a form of walking with poles invented by a group of Finnish doctors and outstanding athletes.
