Properties:

  • Made of thick suede (durable, genuine leather), they feature a rubber reinforcement to protect the shoe from damage. They feature the Alpine Tech cut, designed for hikers who value a snug fit and precision while hiking.
  • Garmont Anatomically Directed Design (ADD) technology is used to absorb shock and provide stability while hiking. This is achieved thanks to the shoe's construction, which takes into account the anatomical structure of the foot (the shoe features an asymmetrical tongue that conforms to the shape of the foot, a comfortable toe box, a well-finished collar, special inserts at ankle height, and lacing that ensures a snug fit everywhere).
  • Thanks to Heel Lock technology, which adjusts the heel to the rear of the shoe, they're stable, preventing slippage and maintaining the foot in the same position at all times. This system also prevents blisters and chafing. The shoes also fit snugly thanks to the Lace-To-Toe Closure system, which extends from the toes to the ankles.
  • They feature a special Frame Flex Technology Lite stiffening insert that enhances comfort by making it easier to flex the foot in key areas of the shoe.
  • They feature a Vibram® Q811 (SuperTrek) sole, providing excellent grip on a variety of surfaces. (Vibram® is a specialist brand that produces shoe soles. Due to their exceptional durability and grip, they are often chosen by hikers, especially those who prefer mountaineering.)
