Taka konstrukcja, pomimo zmniejszonych gabarytów w stosunku do konwencjonalnych etui pancernych, pozwala na skuteczne tłumienie ekstremalnych upadków. Dodatkowo przedni panel wyposażony został w ramkę co pozwala nie tylko separować ekran przy bezpośrednim położeniu telefonu wyświetlaczem do powierzchni płaskiej ale również zabezpiecza przednią część telefonu przed zarysowaniami gdy upadnie na nierówności.
