There are no two identical pieces.Bewood Unique Case - Wood & ResinOne of a kind - a few words about the production process:A selected piece of burl is placed in a special container, then filled with colored resin. The colors are combined either beforehand or only after pouring, depending on the effect desired. The liquid seeps into all the crevices of the burl, ultimately creating patterns - unique, sometimes mysterious, and evoking various associations. Such a formed piece must be properly cared for to eliminate the risk of air bubbles forming. After some time, when the resin hardens and the entire form achieves its final, compact, and hardened structure, the next stage can begin, which is the machine processing of the wood and laser cutting. Next, an eco-friendly oil layer is applied to the carefully sanded surface of the wood with resin. After a few hours, the wood absorbs most of the oil, and any excess is wiped off with a cloth. The final stage is polishing - gently, to achieve an elegant, satin finish on the case.Each case is produced individually. This guarantees the complete uniqueness of the product.Rejected, unnecessary pieces of wood - a second life:To create a case that combines resin and wood, appropriately prepared pieces of wood are needed. All Unique patterns are a synthesis of chance, ingenuity, and above all, nature, specifically wood in the form of burls, which are unwanted swellings of the tree trunk. Elements with such deformities are immediately rejected in the furniture industry or in the production of musical instruments. What is bad for the industry and not necessarily good for the tree itself turns out to be an extremely interesting raw material for further processing in the creation of unique phone cases.
