Thanks to the physical Bluetooth shutter button, precise zoom dial (0.1x in photo mode, 1–3x smooth zoom in video), and integration with the Reef Color app, you gain greater control over your shots without constantly using the screen. It’s a practical solution for those recording on the go but without stabilization features like a gimbal.

Ergonomic grip and greater control

The design, inspired by classic cameras, makes the grip fit better in your hand and provides a more natural resting place for your fingers. This prevents the phone from “shaking” in your hand while recording, which directly translates to steadier shots and fewer minor vibrations visible in the footage. During extended use, this also makes a difference in comfort—your hand gets less tired than when holding just the smartphone. The contoured thumb rest and proper balance of the grip help maintain a secure hold even when recording with one hand. In practice, this means greater control over the frame and a lower risk of accidentally swiping your finger across the screen, which often happens when holding a phone in the standard way. Physical controls just like on a camera

The two-stage shutter button lets you focus first, then take a photo or start recording.
