NF-A4x20 FLX on mõeldud kohtadesse, kus iga millimeeter loeb. 40 × 40 × 20 mm raami mõõtmed võimaldavad selle paigaldamist väikestesse korpustesse, jahutuselementide vahele või seadmetesse, kus standardsete 80–120 mm ventilaatorite kasutamine pole võimalik.
