Tänu intelligentsele SLC-vahemälualgoritmile töötab NAND-välkmälu SLC (ühe tasemega rakk) režiimis. See tagab suurenenud jõudluse ja aitab säilitada maksimaalse lugemis-/kirjutamiskiiruse kuni 550/510 MB sekundis, mis tähendab sujuvamat ja kiiremat käivitamist ning failide üles- ja allalaadimist.

Edasijõudnud LDPC ECC-tehnoloogia
LDPC (madala tihedusega pariteedikontrollkoodi) ECC-tehnoloogia toega SU650 M.2 2280 ketas tuvastab ja parandab vigu, tagades andmete terviklikkuse ja pikendades SSD ketta eluiga. Selle keskmine MTBF (keskmine tööaeg rikete vahel) on kuni 2 miljonit tundi või 25% rohkem võrreldes 2D NAND-SSD-dega.
