The Startech SM2DUPE11 hard drive duplicator is a standalone device designed for efficient cloning and wiping of SATA and M.2 drives without the need for a computer or additional software. Featuring a robust build and a black finish, this duplicator supports a wide range of drives, including M.2 PCIe (NVMe and AHCI) drives in sizes 2230, 2242, 2260, 2280, and 22110, M.2 SATA drives in similar formats, and classic 2.5 and 3.5-inch SATA drives. Its integrated LCD screen and OSD user interface simplify management and monitoring, providing detailed error reports and drive status. The SM2DUPE11 offers configurable modes for duplication—allowing system, full partition, file, or percentage-based copying—and wiping, with options including quick erase, full erase (one or three passes), and secure erase compliant with NIST SP 800-88 Rev 1. With duplication speeds up to 7.5 GB per minute, it is ideal for IT professionals needing fast, reliable offline copying or cleaning of HDDs and SSDs.
