Thermal Grizzly Carbonaut 32×32×0.2 mm on õhuke grafiitpõhine soojusplaat, mis parandab komponentide ja jahutuse vahelist soojusülekannet ning on mõeldud kitsaste vahede täitmiseks.

  • 32 × 32 mm mõõt — sobib täpselt väiksemate komponentide (nt M.2 SSD, VRM, MOSFET) katmiseks.
  • 0,2 mm paksus — õhuke vahe täidetud, tagab kontakti ilma liigse surve või ruumi lisamiseta.
  • Grafiitmaterjal — efektiivne soojusjuhtivus; aitab soojust hajutada tahapoole ja jahutile.
  • Paindlik ja lõigatav vorm — võimaldab kohandada täpse suuruse ja kuju järgi.

Materjal ja tööpõhimõte

Carbonaut on valmistatud grafiidist, mis toimib kuiva soojusjuhtmena suuremahulise pindmise soojushajutuse jaoks. Õhuke grafeetplaat asetub otse komponendi ja jahutuse pinnale, parandades kontaktpinda ning vähendades kuumuse takistust ülekanne.


Kus seda kasutada

Sobib kohtadesse, kus on väikesed või ebatasased vahed, näiteks M.2 NVMe kaardid, pingeread (VRM), toite- või juhtimiskomponendid ning muud tihedalt paigutatud elektroonilised üksused. Tänu 0,2 mm paksusele on see eriti kasulik olukordades, kus ruumi on vähe.


Paigaldus ja kohandamine

Paigaldamine on lihtne — lõika vajalikku kuju, aseta plaat komponendi ja jahutaja vahele ning veendu, et pindadel pole tolmu ega jääke. Õige surve tagab hea soojusliku kontakti; vajadusel kinnita jahuti vastavalt tavapärasele paigaldusprotseduurile. Grafiitplaat ei nõua täiendavat määrimist ega toimimisajaga kõvenemist.
