Milleks see sobib

Alphacool Ice Layer termopadi on mõeldud soojuse viimiseks elektroonilistelt komponentidelt (nt protsessorite, MOSFET-ide, VRM-i või kiibistikute pinnad) jahutuselementidele, nagu radiaatorid või jahutusplaadid. Tänu plaadi suurusele ja paksusele sobib see hästi olukordadesse, kus on suhteliselt suur kontaktpind või väikesed kõrguseerinevused.


Kuidas see töötab

Termopadi täidab mikroskoopilised ebatasasused kahe pinna vahel, luues suurema pindalalise kontakti ja vähendades õhukihte, mis halvendavad soojusiiret. Kõrge soojusjuhtivuse näitaja 11 W/mK tagab, et kuumus liigub tõhusalt läbi padja edasi jahutussüsteemi.


Paigaldus ja hooldus

Enne paigaldust puhasta pinnad puhastusvahendiga, et eemaldada tolm, rasv ja jäägid. Aseta termopadi sobivasse kohta nii, et see katsuks ühtlaselt mõlemat pinda, ja suru õrnalt kokku, et saavutada hea kontakt. Eemalda suure surve või korduva liikumisega tekkinud nihked, sest padja optimaalseks toimimiseks on oluline püsiv kontakt. Hoia padja üleliigse venituse eest ja säilita see kuivas kohas toatemperatuuril.
