Paigaldussoovitused

Soojendid tarnitakse ilma püsiva kleepaine või liimituleta, seega soovitame paigaldamiseks kasutada spetsiaalset termokleebist või õhukest termilist padjakest (thermal adhesive tape/pad) ning veenduda, et kontakt mälukiibiga on tihe ja õhk ei pääse kihtide vahele. Enne paigaldust puhasta kiibi pind hoolikalt ja kontrolli, et soojendite asetus ei takistaks teiste jahutuselementide paigaldust.
