The QM2 Series PCle cards provide additional support for M.2 NVMe SSDs on a QNAP NAS, allowing users to configure an SSD cache, cache pool or Qtier volume to improve overall NAS performance.

The QM2 series enhances performance with additional M.2 SSDs. These cards do not occupy 3.5-inch drive bays, maximising both storage capacity and performance.

  • M.2 SSDs can be installed to create a cache pool or auto-tiering volume.
  • Ability to enable SSD cache for increased performance and optimise storage performance with Qtier technology.
  • M.2 SSD thermal sensors allow real-time monitoring of M.2 SSD temperature.
  • Quiet cooling module (heatsink and intelligent fan) minimises the risk of overheating and maintains consistently high performance.
  • LED indicators to monitor the status of the M.2 SSD.

The PCIe QM2 expansion card makes it easy to add M.2 NVMe SSDs to your PC/workstation. Compared to the SATA interface, the PCIe QM2 interface provides a higher data transfer rate, which contributes to higher computing and data access speeds. No additional drivers are required to use the QM2 expansion card.

The courier will transport your goods from Photopoint straight to the provided address. The delivery will take place at workdays from 08:00 to 17:00. Hold your phone near you as the courier will call you prior to its arrival. Please make sure there is someone at the destination, eligible to receive the shipment.
