Dark Base 701 Black is equipped with a PWM and ARGB hub for up to 8 PWM fans and 2 additional ARGB devices. This board is located behind the motherboard tray and connects to the fan and ARGB controllers on the front I/O panel. The factory-installed fans are connected to the fan hub by default, so you have control over your case cooling configuration without having to reconnect cables.
