Thermal Grizzly KryoSheet kujutab endast uue põlvkonna jahutuslahendust, mis põhineb grafeeni unikaalsetel füüsikalistel omadustel. Padja valmistamisel on grafeenimolekulid joondatud vertikaalselt, mis võimaldab soojusel liikuda otse ja takistusteta kiibilt jahutusradiaatorile. See tehnoloogia pakub sarnast jõudlust parimate termopastadega, kuid välistab täielikult vedelate materjalide vananemisega seotud probleemid.


Pikaajaline stabiilsus ilma jõudluse languseta

Tavalised termopastad kipuvad aja jooksul kuivama või kõrgete temperatuuritsüklite mõjul kiibi vahelt välja "pumbatuks" muutuma. KryoSheet on tahke struktuuriga materjal, mis säilitab oma kuju ja omadused temperatuurivahemikus -250 °C kuni +150 °C. See teeb sellest usaldusväärse valiku nii nõudlikele mänguritele kui ka tööstuslikele süsteemidele, kus püsiv ja katkematu jahutus on kriitilise tähtsusega.


Kasutamine ja olulised ohutusnõuded

KryoSheet padjad on elektrit juhtivad, miks peaks nende paigaldamisel olema täpne. Padi peab katma täpselt jahutatava kiibi pinda ega tohi puutuda kokku ümbritsevate trükplaadi komponentide või kontaktidega. 33 x 33 mm suurus sobib ideaalselt spetsiifiliste protsessorite (nt AMD AM5 pesaga protsessorid) või sobivate graafikakiipide katmiseks, pakkudes puhast ja tõhusat alternatiivi vedelmetallile.
