Omadused ja koostis

Kryonaut on termopasta, mille koostis on optimeeritud maksimaalse soojusiirde saavutamiseks. Selle termiline juhtivus (12,5 W/mK) asetab toote sobivaks valikuks neile, kes otsivad paremat jahutust võrreldes standardsete pastadega. Pastal on tahkenemiseta konsistents, mis võimaldab stabiilset soojusiiret ilma oluliselt kuivamiseta.


Kus seda kasutada

Soovitatav kasutamiseks protsessorite (CPU), graafikakiipide (GPU) ja muude jahutatavate kommponentide ning jahutusaluste (heatsink) vahel. Suurema koguse tõttu sobib see hästi ka süsteemidele, kus on vaja sagedast hooldust või mitme korduva paigalduse jaoks.

Kandke õhuke ja ühtlane kiht pastat kiibi ja jahuti puhtale pinnale. Liigne kogus ei paranda soojusiiret ning liiga paks kiht võib sooritust halvendada — kasuta väikest protsendipõhist või "tilga" meetodit ning suru jahuti tugevasti paika. Enne pealekandmist puhasta pind alkoholipuhastusega.
