Thermal Grizzly PT X10 esindab uue põlvkonna soojusjuhtivaid materjale, mis ühendavad termopastade paigaldusmugavuse ja tahkete soojusjuhtivate patjade pikaajalise vastupidavuse. Toote eripära seisneb selle faasimuutusega koostises. Toatemperatuuril püsib materjal tahkemana, kuid töötemperatuuri saavutamisel muutub see voolavamaks, täites ideaalselt protsessori või graafikakaardi ja jahuti vahele jäävad mikroskoopilised tühimikud. Tulemuseks on minimaalne termiline takistus ja komponentide madalad töötemperatuurid.


Pikaajaline stabiilsus ilma vahetusvajaduseta

Standardsete termopastade peamiseks puuduseks on aja jooksul tekkiv "pump-out" efekt, kus temperatuurikõikumiste tõttu surutakse pasta järk-järgult kontaktpinnalt eemale.
