Kirjeldus

Minus Pad Pro on termiline liideslahendus tahkel kujul, mõeldud soojuse juhtimiseks elektroonilistest komponentidest jahutusradiaatorisse või teistesse soojuse hajutamise elementidesse. Tahke padja formaadist tulenevalt on paigaldus kiire ja puhas võrreldes vedelate termopastadega ning see sobib hästi olukordadesse, kus on vaja täita selgelt määratletud vahemaid kahe pinna vahel.


Kasutusalad

Seda padja tüüpi kasutatakse tavaliselt protsessorite, graafikakiipide jahutuse täiendamiseks, VRM-ide, mälumoodulite, SSD-de või muude emaplaadi komponentide ja jahutusradiaatorite vahel, kus on olemas vahed või kõrgusvahed, mida on vaja tasa teha. Sobib nii lauaarvuti kui ka mõningate tööstuslike või modifikatsioonipõhiste rakenduste jaoks.


Paigaldusnõuanded

Enne paigaldamist puhasta kontaktpinnad tolmust ja mustusest, mõõda vajalik lõikekuju ja -suurus ning lõika padjast sobiv tükk. Aseta padjake komponendi ja jahuti vahele ning suru komponendid kokku, et saavutada ühtlane kontakt. Kontrolli, et padja ümber ei oleks liikuvat tolmu või prahi.
