Thermal Grizzly PhaseSheet PTM pakub tipptasemel soojusjuhtivust ja pikaajalist stabiilsust tänu uuenduslikule faasimuutusega materjalile, mis muudab sinu arvutikomponentide jahutamise lihtsamaks ja tõhusamaks.
  • Faasimuutusega materjal (PTM): Toode on toatemperatuuril tahke ja muutub töötemperatuuril vedelamaks, tagades mikroskoopiliste vahede täiusliku täitmise ilma termopastale omase laialivalgumise riskita.
  • Suurepärane soojusjuhtivus: Kandub kuumuse tõhusalt kiibilt jahutussüsteemile, mis alandab töötemperatuure ja suurendab süsteemi stabiilsust ka suure koormuse all.
  • "Pump-out" efekti puudumine: Materjal ei valgu aja jooksul temperatuurikõikumiste tõttu komponentide vahelt välja, tagades pikaajalise ja hooldusvaba tööea.
  • Lihtne mõõtu lõikamine: 50 x 40 mm suurust lehte saad kääridega täpselt sobivasse mõõtu lõigata, mis teeb sellest universaalse lahenduse erinevatele kiipidele.
  • Elektrijuhtivuseta koostis: Padi ei juhi elektrit, välistades lühiseohu komponentide kokkupuutel ja tehes paigalduse täiesti turvaliseks.

Uue põlvkonna jahutustehnoloogia

Thermal Grizzly PhaseSheet PTM kujutab endast uuenduslikku alternatiivi traditsioonilistele termopastadele. Toatemperatuuril on materjal tahke ja hõlpsasti käsitsetav, mis teeb paigaldamise mugavaks ja puhtaks. Kui kiibi temperatuur tõuseb üle 45 °C, muutub materjal viskoosseks vedelikuks. See faasimuutus võimaldab materjalil voolata jahutusradiaatori ja kiibi vahelistesse väikseimatesse tühimikesse, luues optimaalse kontaktpinna.


Pikaajaline stabiilsus ilma jõudluse kaota

Erinevalt tavalistest termopastadest, mis võivad aja jooksul kuivada või mehaanilise surve tõttu kiibi pinnalt n-ö välja pumpuda, säilitab PhaseSheet PTM oma omadused ka pärast arvukaid temperatuuritsükleid. Jahtudes muutub materjal uuesti tahkeks, püsides stabiilselt paigal. See tagab ühtlase ja usaldusväärse jahutusvõime aastateks, säästes sind vajadusest termopastat regulaarselt vahetada.


Mitmekülgne ja ohutu kasutus

Tänu heldele 50 x 40 mm mõõdule on see leht piisavalt suur, et katta enamikke kaasaegseid graafikakiirendeid (GPU) ja protsessoreid (CPU). Kuna materjal ei sisalda metallilisi osakesi ega juhi elektrit, võid seda muretult kasutada otse paljastel ränikiipidel (näiteks sülearvutites ja graafikakaartides), kartmata lühiseid või komponentide kahjustamist.
