The DarkFlash PMT1250 power supply is a modern 1250 W unit, designed in accordance with the ATX 3.1 and PCIe 5.1 standards, intended for high-performance gaming computers and professional workstations. The single +12 V line design provides stable power to the most demanding components, and power consumption of less than 0.5 W in standby mode ensures greater energy efficiency. In addition, the 80 PLUS Gold certification confirms high energy efficiency of up to 93%, and the compact dimensions of 140 × 150 × 86 mm ensure compatibility with most computer cases.

ATX 3.1 and full PCIe 5.1 readiness

The power supply has been fully adapted to the ATX 3.1 specification, offering support for a new generation of components. The integrated 12V-2x6 cable with a power of up to 600 W allows direct power supply to modern PCIe 5.1 graphics cards. This design allows for up to twice the rated power to be used momentarily, ensuring stable system operation under heavy load. All this makes the PMT1250 model perfect for gaming computers and more!

High efficiency and 80 PLUS Gold certification

80 PLUS Gold certification confirms the high energy efficiency of the power supply across a wide load range. Efficiency of up to 93% reduces energy losses, minimizes component heating, and supports stable, long-term system operation. These parameters make the power supply a suitable solution for computers that work intensively for many hours.

Single +12 V rail and DC-to-DC conversion

The use of a single high-efficiency +12 V rail allows almost all of the power supply's power to be delivered to the most important components of the system. The DC-to-DC conversion circuit converts +5 V and +3.3 V voltages directly from the +12 V line, ensuring high stability and minimal fluctuations even with dynamic load changes. This solution increases the reliability of the processor and graphics card.

Active PFC and high-quality components

The device uses an active PFC circuit with up to 99% efficiency. This solution improves energy efficiency, reduces power loss, and reduces electromagnetic interference. As a result, electricity is used more efficiently, and the power supply provides stable and clean power to all components. What's more, the design uses Japanese electrolytic capacitors rated for temperatures up to 105°C. The system is based on pulse transformers responsible for transferring power from the input to the output, and inside there are also EMI filters, whose task is to reduce electrical interference from the mains. Also noteworthy are the heat sinks, which minimize heat generation inside the power supply.

Quiet and intelligent cooling

A 120 mm fan with a hydro bearing, which combines durability with quiet operation, is responsible for cooling the device. The intelligent temperature control system automatically adjusts the speed to the current load on the power supply. All this translates into comfortable computer operation. What's more, the PMT1250's housing has been designed for efficient airflow. The top panel uses a regular square ventilation pattern, while the rear panel is based on a honeycomb structure. This solution enables rapid heat dissipation and allows for stable operation even under high load.

Advanced system protection

DarkFlash PMT1250 offers an extensive set of seven protections that protect both the power supply and computer components. The mechanisms used include protection against overvoltage, overcurrent, overload, short circuit, overheating, undervoltage, and no-load operation. In addition, the design includes a Surge 4K surge protection system, which provides greater peace of mind during storms – protecting equipment from lightning strikes, among other things.

Modular cabling and compatibility

The power supply features a fully modular design with flat cables, allowing you to connect only the necessary cables and making it easier to organize the interior of the case. It is also compatible with the latest Intel and AMD processors, as well as NVIDIA and AMD Radeon graphics cards. It also works well in configurations with multiple GPUs. What's more, its small dimensions of 140 × 150 × 86 mm allow for easy installation in most computer cases.
