  • 120 x 100 mm — katab suure jahutuspinna, nii ei pea pidevalt liituma väikeste tükkidega.
  • 4 mm paksus — võimaldab täita kuni 4 mm paksuseid vahemaid ja vähendada õhuanumaid.

Kasutusvaldkond

Minus Pad High Compression on soojusjuhtivuse liidesmaterjal, mida kasutatakse vahede täitmiseks ja kontaktpinna parandamiseks jahuti ning soojusallika (CPU, GPU, VRM, mälumoodulid jms) vahel. Tänu mõõtudele ja paksusele sobib see pinnakatteks või kohatäiteks kohtades, kus standardne pastakiht ei ole piisav.
