Kompaktne disain ja sobivus

NH-U9 TR4-SP3 on disainitud nii, et see kataks ja jahutaks suurt Threadripper/EPYC tüüpi protsessori IHS-i ilma liigse massi ja kõrguseta. Ühe-torni kontseptsioon ja 92 mm klassi ventilaator vähendavad kõrgust ja tagavad parema kokkusobivuse kitsamate korpuste ning mälu- ja PCIe-ruumiga süsteemides.


Tõhus soojuse juhtimine

Jahuti kasutab vase baasi ja heatpipe'e koos alumiiniumfinnidega, mis võimaldavad kiiret soojuse ülekannet protsessori pinnalt radiaatorisse ning efektiivset hajumist ventilaatori tekitatava õhuvoolu abil. Nikeldatud viimistlus aitab vältida oksüdeerumist ja säilitada soojusjuhtivuse pikaajaliselt.


Paigaldus ja kokkusobivus

Toode sisaldab spetsiaalset kinnituslahendust TR4 ja SP3 soklitele, mis tagab stabiilse ja ohutu paigalduse suurtel IHS-idega platvormidel. Paigaldus on mõeldud tööjaamade ja serverikeskkondade nõudmised silmas pidades, hoides kontakti ühtlasena ka püsikoormusel.
