BikeErg ergomeetril on reguleeritav sadul ja lenks, mis võimaldab seadet hõlpsasti kohandada erineva pikkuse ja kehakujuga kasutajatele. Seadme raam on valmistatud kergest, kuid tugevast alumiiniumist, mis tagab stabiilsuse ka intensiivsemate treeningute ajal ning muudab ergomeetri liigutamise lihtsaks.

Treeningu jälgimiseks on BikeErg varustatud Concept2 PM5 monitoriga, mis kuvab täpset infot nagu kiirus, distants, võimsus (wattides), kalorikulu ja palju muud. PM5 monitor toetab ka Bluetoothi ja ANT+ ühenduvust, võimaldades ühendada erinevaid nutiseadmeid ja pulsivöösid, et jälgida treeningut veelgi detailsemalt. Lisaks saab monitori kaudu kasutada erinevaid treeningprogramme ja salvestada oma tulemusi.
