The Tunturi Signature C20 Crosstrainer is a rear-drive cross trainer for a more intense workout. Thanks to the adjustable pedals and fixed and movable handles, you have the possibility to train in many different positions. With its 8 resistance levels and 5 training programs, the C20 is an excellent entry-level model to start achieving your training goals.

Change resistance in an instant The C20 Crosstrainer works with a maintenance-free magnetic brake, which allows you to easily switch between resistance levels. You do this before or during your workout using a convenient dial on the trainer. The motor then switches smoothly to the desired resistance level.
Pedals in the correct position The pedals of the C20 are adjustable using the rotary dials under the pedals. If you loosen these, you slide the pedals forward or backward until they are in just the right position. This allows you to tailor your workout even better to your build and height so that the muscles in your legs are trained optimally.
Space-saving design Crosstrainers distinguish between front-drive and rear-drive. The C20 is rear-driven. The flywheel is located at the rear of the trainer. The movement of a rear-driven crosstrainer can be compared to downhill skiing. You make a more elliptical motion, ensuring a more intense workout than the straight motion you make with a front-driven crosstrainer. In addition, a rear-driven trainer takes up less space.

Always the right grip The C20 has both fixed and moving handles. The moving handles train the upper body because the arm and shoulder muscles move with you. The fixed handles are smaller and are closer together for training the lower body only. These grips have integrated heart-rate sensors that allow you to track your heart rate during your workout for real-time monitoring of your workout progress.
All parameters at a glance The 5.5-inch LCD screen shows the most important parameters: time, distance, calories, heart rate, speed and RPM. With a few key presses you measure your BMI and fat percentage or start a recovery program with fitness test. This measures how fast your heart rate drops after a workout. Based on the score you can find out your fitness level. You easily tilt the monitor so that you always have a good view of the parameters. Want to watch a movie or series? The monitor features a tablet holder.
Targets and results The C20 has five programs: one by time, one by distance, one by calories, a BMI and fat percentage measurement and a manual mode. This makes the C20 a great trainer for athletes who like a clear workout with a number of choices. On the monitor you choose the program, with the dial you switch easily and quickly between the different resistance levels.
