Effortless switching The maintenance-free magnetic brake effortlessly switches between the 48 different resistance levels. This allows you to increase or decrease your workout very gradually. Moreover, the wide selection of resistance levels makes the E100 suitable for different training goals, from rehabilitation to fitness building and intensive training. The resistance level of the E100 is determined by the magnetic attraction force exerted on the flywheel. The servo motor in the trainer sets the magnets in motion. With a turn of the button on the monitor you choose the resistance level, the motor takes over.
All parameters at a glance On the Bluetooth AI Monitor you can see all training parameters at a glance: time, distance, calories, speed, training resistance, heart rate, RPM, training profile and wattage. You manually tilt the monitor so you always have a good view of the screen, no matter what position you are currently training in. Want to watch a movie or series while training, or train with an app with video routes? The monitor has a tablet holder. With the tablet in the holder, you can still see the four main parameters on the monitor, on either side of the table.
Train outside, even when you're inside Video routes keep your workout fun and challenging. Tunturi Routes is pairable with the E100 via Bluetooth. With the free version you always have access to 15 video routes, with the paid version you can use hundreds of routes around the world. If you pair Zwift with the exercise bike, the video will adjust the speed to the pace you are cycling at. This gives an extra authentic training experience. Want AI to create a personalised program based on your training results? Then pair iConsole+ with the E100.
Always good grip You can hold the Multigrip+ handlebar in the position you like. The handlebar is infinitely adjustable down to the millimeter, from recreational (high) to sporty (middle) and race (low). This allows you to vary your training position and adjust it to the type of workout or video route you choose. The heart rate sensors on the handlebars are close by, so you can always hold them in a way that is most comfortable for you. The Comfort+ handlebar has a non-slip coating, so your hands won't slip easily, even during intense workouts.
Never suffer from seat pain Whether you sit on your bike for ten minutes or an hour, seat pain is always lurking if you don't have the right seat. The Comfort seat prevents uncomfortable sitting, and therefore seat sores. The ergonomic shape of the seat captures the impact of movement, and the larger surface area allows for better weight distribution. In addition, the seat is adjustable in both height and length. This allows you to easily adjust the position of the seat, for example if you change the position of the handlebars or if several people are using the trainer, and you always have the correct sitting position during the workout.
Getting on and off effortlessly Thanks to the space between the handlebar post and the flywheel housing of the exercise bike, you don't have to lift your leg over a frame or even the seat to get on and off. You only need to lift your leg a few centimeters. This gives the exercise bike an easy and safe way to get on and off, and also makes the E100 very suitable for rehabilitation and for people with mobility problems.

In the 1960s, Tunturi was the first in the world to introduce the ergometer exercise bike for wattage training. In 2022, we celebrated our 100th anniversary. Always a challenging workout at your own level The E100 has 48 levels of resistance that you switch between effortlessly using the magnetic brake with servo motor. With 26 programs, the E100 is suitable for many different training goals. You can train with a program by distance, by time or by calories. The trainer also has a program for training by wattage and BMI and fat percentage measurement. In addition, the trainer has 12 pre-programd training profiles, 4 heart rate controlled programs, a recovery (fitness test) program and a manual mode. You can also use the iConsole+ app to have the AI monitor create a personal training program.
