The MERACH MR-R07BH1 Squat Machine is a multifunctional training device that allows you to perform half squats, deep squats, and full squats at angles of 30°, 60°, and 90°. The sturdy steel construction with a load capacity of up to 350 lbs (approx. 159 kg), 3 resistance levels, adjustable handlebars (4 levels) and seat (5 levels), ergonomic pedals, and built-in training monitor allow you to effectively sculpt your legs, glutes, and core without overloading your knees. It's a safe, progressive full-body workout – at home, on your terms.

Three angles, three effects – precise shaping of the lower body

The incline adjustment (30°, 60°, 90°) allows you to change the range of motion and intensity of muscle work.
