  • TX09 HMS is a set of tapes that allow you to perform hundreds of exercises using your own body weight.

  • The set includes training tapes finished with handles and a metal snap hook, door handle and net. The handles are covered with rubber, thanks to which the hands do not slip during exercise.

  • TX09 HMS tapes give you the option of adjusting the length depending on the exercise or your body type. When doing this type of exercise, the muscles work by overcoming the force of gravity and carrying the weight of their own body. This allows them to develop evenly without fear of straining the joints and spine. Exercises with TX09 develop strength, balance, flexibility of joints and condition.

  • An additional advantage of exercises with the use of TX-09 HMS bands is the simultaneous work of many muscle groups, including deep muscles, which are responsible for correct posture and silhouette stabilization.
