It contains 3 colored detachable rubbers (gray, black and red), with which you can adjust the resistance force (maximum 12.5 kg) and adapt it to the currently performed exercises.

  • The device stretches under the influence of the force we put into the exercises, strengthening the muscles of the hands, back and chest. Regular exercise, which is extremely easy to perform, brings great results in the form of increased strength and endurance.
